Kwik 112 dispatch console (synthetic PSAP simulation). JavaScript is required for the voice call station, incident map, and dispatch controls. This is an independent demonstration — not an official 112 service — and every incident on the board is synthetic.
What this console does: a caller places a 112 call (Hindi, Hinglish, or English); deterministic rules grade severity in microseconds — a floor the optional model refinement may raise but never lower; a human dispatcher records INTAKE, DISPATCH, and RESOLUTION decisions, and every override requires a written note. A sample graded card reads: cardiac arrest, CRITICAL (P1), location "Sector 16 Market, Rohini, Delhi", triage source: local rules, prosody: absent.
